PowerUp is a progressive 8 week summer program developed for off-season core strength training, performance enhancement, injury prevention and confidence boosting for young athletes ages 9 - 15. Balance and core exercises combined with Pilates fundamentals are taught in a fitness class setting. Class sizes are small and themes are introduced through fun, fast-paced games to promote a deeper understanding of movement fundamentals.
