Every February, Remedy Pilates & Barre connects people from all over the world to reprogram and inspire each other to exercise, eat healthy and focus on positivity. Eat. Plank. Love is not about New Year's Resolutions or hard core cleanses, this challenge brings out realistic change in mindset and focus.
28 hours of fitness in 28 days.
20 hours of fitness within the Remedy walls will result in studio prizes and local business goodies! If you're not a member, you can still participate without the goodies at the end. Please note, this is "hours" of fitness. This means 1 2 hour hike on a Sunday is 2 hours of your 28 for those of you thinking you cannot possibly do this.
Input your EAT goal for the month of February below. This is not a drop down menu because it should be about you. Do you want to lose 10 pounds, drink more water, remove sugar from your diet or simply eat cleaner? You pick and we will help you be accountable.
Define your LOVE goal below. Love is all about self care. Has it been a while since you picked up a good book, pampered yourself or tried something new? This goal should have meaning behind it and put you in the routine of taking better care of yourself. Let us know what it is and we can help to get you on track.
Once you have completed your registration we will add your name to the Studio Challenge Board. We will track your fitness with the gold star method and provide weekly social media & email blast check in.
